We were truly in awe of the way she endeared herself to all the sellers agents while representing our interests, so much so that through Steph, my wife and I also managed to build a good relationship and rapport with the sellers, which proved invaluable later on in our purchase timeline. Throughout this journey of about 60 days, Steph's commitment to her work was inspiring. She was there for us literally round the clock and even during her holidays! What made her truly special was she never once made us feel like we had inconvenienced her in any way, even if reality was to the contrary.
