About Ana Hastings

Real estate has always been part of my story.

I grew up in Hingham, surrounded by a family and a town that took houses seriously. Years spent in the real estate development world taught me the rest. I learned to notice the details that separate a well built home from a merely beautiful one, and I learned that the best homes are the ones people are genuinely proud to come back to.

I bring that to my work now as a Real Estate Advisor with the Steph Crawford Group. Buying or selling is one of the largest financial decisions most people ever make, and my job is to make it feel clear instead of overwhelming.

My approach starts with listening. Before we talk about square footage or strategy, I want to understand what you are actually trying to accomplish and what a win looks like for you. Everything after that is built around the answer.

My background in executive support, client management, marketing, and real estate operations shapes how I run a transaction. I am organized, I negotiate hard, and nothing falls through the cracks between contract and closing.
