Growing a real estate team is not really about adding agents. It's about finding people who care about the work the way you do, and who your clients will be glad you sent them to.
We found one. Kellie Geraghty has joined the Steph Crawford Group, and we're genuinely excited about it.
A little about Kellie
Kellie came to Massachusetts from Upstate New York after graduating from SUNY Plattsburgh, and she's proud to now call the Greater Boston area home. Her background is in luxury residential real estate and new development, which means she knows both sides of this market: the century-old brownstone with its own quirks and history, and the brand-new building where the questions are about finishes, HOA structure, and what the developer actually delivers.
That combination is rarer than it sounds, and it's exactly what Boston buyers and sellers need right now.
In her own words:
"I believe buying or selling a home should be an exciting experience, and I'm passionate about making the process as smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free as possible. Whether you're thinking about making a move now or just have questions about the market, I'd love to be a resource for you."
When she's not with clients, Kellie is usually with her family, exploring New England and traveling whenever they can. She's a serious animal lover, especially cats, always hunting for a great local restaurant, and never one to pass up a good adventure.
If you've been thinking about a move and want a low-pressure conversation first, Kellie is a great place to start.
